Before reporting a problem
- Update Tagvella to the latest Chrome Web Store version.
- Reload the ChatGPT tab with a full refresh.
- Confirm the issue happens on
chatgpt.com. - For date issues, test both a recent and an older chat.
- For AI export issues, include the approximate chat size and whether the chat belongs to a Project.
Useful diagnostic information
Please include the Tagvella version, Chrome version, interface language, a screenshot of the problem and any error shown on chrome://extensions/. Do not send passwords, session cookies or authentication tokens.
Data deletion
Text and color labels are stored locally in Chrome. You can remove individual labels in Tagvella or remove the extension / clear its extension storage to delete local extension data.
OpenAI / ChatGPT support
Tagvella is independent from OpenAI. Account, subscription and ChatGPT service issues should be handled through OpenAI's own support channels.
